Testing Updates:

NWEA testing will be on April 19th & 21st in the morning. Please try to avoid appointments or absences on those days. Students will be allowed to bring gum, jolly ranchers, or suckers to "wake up" their brains for this test.

We will be taking the M-Step(MI state test) test on May 10th, 11th, & 12th in the morning. Please try to avoid appointments or absences on those days too. Thank you!

Swimming is this Wednesday and next. Students should come to school wearing their swimsuits and bring a bag with a towel. 

We have all the spots filled for our Lansing chaperones. If you signed up, your child will be bringing home some papers required to volunteer. Please complete and return them as soon as possible so we can send home the chaperone list to arrange carpooling. Thank you!

                                                      Thank you so much for a fabulous year! This is such a great group of kids and I feel so blessed to have been a part of their educational journies. Since my daughter is in this class, I very so fortunate to be able to see them grow even more in the future. Have a great summer! The Health Presentation form was due by Friday, May 27th. If the form isn't turned in, your child won't be able to attend. The presentation will be on Monday, June 6th. The girls' group will go from 9-9:30 and the boys' group will go from 10-10:30.   Kiwanis Park :  Tuesday, June 7th from 9:30-12:00! We will leave at 9:30 and be back by lunchtime.                                                             Just a reminder, if you would like to join us as a  chaperone  for the trip to Lansing, please turn in this paperwork. We have three  spots left! If you already turned in the form, you are in and I will be sharing a list with everyone's contact info to arrange carpooling. Volunteer forms and background checks are required to be a chaperone, so Mrs. Kauffman in the office will be checking to see who still needs to complete that paperwork and will send home the paperwork with your child after the break.                                                Happy Halloween! Here is the link  to see what the kids signed up to bring on Friday. Feel free to send anything in ahead of time. Just a reminder that our party is from 1:20-2:20 and the parade is at 3:15. Hope to see you there! A ziplock bag with math games was sent home on Friday. The hope is for kids to reinforce their math fact fluency. With a dry erase marker, kids can write right on the bag so it can be used again.
