                                                      I can't believe that it is already the week before break. Thank you to those of you who were able to donate to the House of the Way for our class project!! Those kids will be able to have a nice Christmas because of all of you! Just a reminder that wrapped, labeled donations should be delivered to me this week. Friday is the deadline, but I would like to have them sooner, if possible, in case I need to add anything last minute. Here is the link . If you scroll down to the bottom, you can see all the gifts that were donated! Thank you so much for signing up so quickly to send in food/supplies for the holiday party on Friday. After discussing the list , they wanted to add candy canes and sprinkles. If you have any laying around, feel free to send them in!  Since our party can only be one hour long, I am hoping that our class earns a reward by Friday so they can watch a longer movie with a clear drink & snack in the morning.                                                         Thank you for your willingness and quick response to sponsor a family in need. At this time, I will take any donations of new or used clothing, toys, home goods, etc. If you'd like a more specific list, click here  to see the family our class is sponsoring.  Ice skating is this Wednesday! We will walk to the skating rink at 2:20. If kids bring their own skates, they need to be in an appropriate bag to make the trip safely. Our PTO pays for us to skate on this day. Kids should not bring money. Parents are welcome and appreciated! I am planning to have our classroom holiday party on Friday, December 17th at 1:30. We will drink hot chocolate, have treats, and watch a movie. Here is a signup to send in items. Parents are welcome to attend!
