Thank you for your willingness and quick response to sponsor a family in need. At this time, I will take any donations of new or used clothing, toys, home goods, etc. If you'd like a more specific list, click here to see the family our class is sponsoring. 

Ice skating is this Wednesday! We will walk to the skating rink at 2:20. If kids bring their own skates, they need to be in an appropriate bag to make the trip safely. Our PTO pays for us to skate on this day. Kids should not bring money. Parents are welcome and appreciated!

I am planning to have our classroom holiday party on Friday, December 17th at 1:30. We will drink hot chocolate, have treats, and watch a movie. Here is a signup to send in items. Parents are welcome to attend!

Wednesday - Late Start & Ice Skating from 2:35-3:15

Thursday - Music & Lincoln Bear Credit Union

Friday - Library/Media Center, Book Fair, & Popcorn Friday

12-15 - Nutcracker at 10:00

12-17 - Music Performance at SJHS; Last Day before Break

                                                      Thank you so much for a fabulous year! This is such a great group of kids and I feel so blessed to have been a part of their educational journies. Since my daughter is in this class, I very so fortunate to be able to see them grow even more in the future. Have a great summer! The Health Presentation form was due by Friday, May 27th. If the form isn't turned in, your child won't be able to attend. The presentation will be on Monday, June 6th. The girls' group will go from 9-9:30 and the boys' group will go from 10-10:30.   Kiwanis Park :  Tuesday, June 7th from 9:30-12:00! We will leave at 9:30 and be back by lunchtime.                                                             Just a reminder, if you would like to join us as a  chaperone  for the trip to Lansing, please turn in this paperwork. We have three  spots left! If you already turned in the form, you are in and I will be sharing a list with everyone's contact info to arrange carpooling. Volunteer forms and background checks are required to be a chaperone, so Mrs. Kauffman in the office will be checking to see who still needs to complete that paperwork and will send home the paperwork with your child after the break.                                                Happy Halloween! Here is the link  to see what the kids signed up to bring on Friday. Feel free to send anything in ahead of time. Just a reminder that our party is from 1:20-2:20 and the parade is at 3:15. Hope to see you there! A ziplock bag with math games was sent home on Friday. The hope is for kids to reinforce their math fact fluency. With a dry erase marker, kids can write right on the bag so it can be used again.
